Typically how long (months) does a project consume?

It depends on the quantum of the project. However it requires a minimum period of three months atleast for implementing the conceived plans.

Our CA (Chartered Accountant) advise us broadly on the improvements to be made Will not that be enough?

Our services at a client and audits by their Chartered Accountant’s do not cross the roads. Our services ensure that the client’s accounting practices / SOPs remain healthy and keeps them prepared for the CA’s audit.
